Does anyone have any recs for a good pilates dvd? Preferably with a woman instructor?

Winsor pilates is great, they have a 20min and 40 min dvd. I have tried others but this is the best so far.

Pop Pilates on youtube. The instructor, Cassey Ho was named one of You Tubes next top trainers. She is very motivating. She has tons of You tube videos targeting different areas ,like arms, legs, abs, etc.

I like the instructor Ana Caban who does videos for Gaiam. There are also other female pilates instructors in some Gaiam videos that you may like.
