Hello everyone!.... I've been on MFP fro almost 60 days now and I've lost 12 pounds so far. I run about 6 Km 4-5 times a week along with weight-training. I also monitor my calories with MFP on a daily basis. If i cut down on my running to 3 times a week will it affect my progress? Also if I run for longer distances for these 3 days will it make any difference to my progress.

Also which are the best headphones to use will running(i Can't ruin without my music!!!)
