so after having 3 bad weeks in a row, i had an amazing week!!!! i got on the scales last night and had lost 4.8 pounds!!!!! that is such an eye opener. now i know that if i stick to it i will lose weight!!!

just had to share with all of you!

    me too!!! :grumble: i havent been to the gym properly in the last 2 weeks.. so hopefully this is my week to get going again... although i dont think i will be able to loose 4.8lb in a week!!! But well done for that!!!
