Hi There,
I just started using myfitenssal a couple of days ago and so far so good. I'm basiclly looking to lose 40 or so pounds through better eating and allot of excercise.
I've lost over 100 lbs in the past and while I gained weight last year I'm still 60 lbs lighter then my heaviest and definitely see it's time to put my health first and eat better and drop the weight before I get any heavier.
Happy to contribute where I can. I'm gluten free (which was a big help for me) and have allot of experience with Weightlifting and also Spinning and indoor rowing.
I've found that as I've gotten older (now 53) I cannot just lose the weight through excercise. I have to eat healthy AND workout. I love good food and am a full blow wine snob / collector but actually don't drink that often but when I do it's usually with high calorie dinners eating out with friends.
Anyway...just thought I would do a short introduction and best wishes to everyone for a successful 2012!
