Hi there everyone! My name is Caitlin and I was absolutely dedicated to Weight Watchers and working out when I started the program through my work (for the discount of course!) February 2011-July 2011. I lost over 20 pounds through the program and absolutely loved it but I was planning on relocating to California from Virginia after my boyfriend got out of the Army (he's originally from California) so with leaving my source of income I had to stop paying for WW and no gym membership anymore (I so miss my Body Pump classes). I had great success with WW and I was less than 10 pounds away from my goal but moving and falling in to a new lifestyle of job searching, sitting around all day, and eating food cooked by someone else's mom instead of having complete control of the grocery shopping has really been a challenge as far as staying on track (like I said I would, psh!).
I'm definitely not blaming anyone but myself for falling off the wagon but I've done before and I can do it again, and I'm thankful I'm still not back at my original starting weight of 147 (I'm 5'2"). Good luck to everyone!
