Hi all
Well over the next 3 weeks I have got to stay in a hotel (for work not fun) at least 2 nights a week.
Suggestions on how to handle the eating part would be greatly appreciated, for all the nights I will be expected to eat with my colleagues.....as it is working dinners.
Help please everyone

Salads... with minimal dressing and chicken or fish entrees( as low calorie as possible) with steamed veggies. Most restaurants also usually have a lower calorie menu or menu options. And a lot of time appetizers (the not deep fried kind lol) can be about the right calories for a typical meal.0

Lean cuisine meals, if your room has a microwave.0

I travel full time for work. My staples are protein powder, nuts, fruit and tuna. Tuna in the bag works great. I hoard the hard boiled eggs at breakfast. Eating out lean protein and veggies. Have fun.0
