I tried this during the summer but was not in the right frame of mind, so i am back to try again and i am on a mission to loose my fat once and for all.

    YAY! I feel the same way..... Since I was in my mid 30s, I was going to lose weight before the next family reunion, wedding, funeral, Christmas, beach time, etc... and everytime one of these events would roll around I would be disgusted with myself and yep.... would say it again, well by such and such, I will have this weight gone... I am determined to do it this time also! Best of luck to you!!!
