Hello
My husband is taking me for a 3 course meal at a pan asian hotel on sunday night for our 2nd wedding anniversary.

LONG SHOT but does anyone have any idea as to how many rough calories would be in the following:

Korean | Steamed Vegetarian Dumplings v
Dumplings filled with glass noodles, minced soya and mixed vegetables served with a black vinegar and spring onion dip

Beijing | Hot and Sour Soup **
Thick and warming with veg and peas

Thailand | Gaeng Paenang Pak *** v
Mixed vegetables cooked in a rich spiced curry made from Thai herbs and shredded lime leaves

Hong Kong | Stir Fried Noodles with beansprouts v
Stir fried egg noodles with beansprouts and soya sauce

I know that they will be quite high and so i was going to work roughly how many cals they would be, then eat less in the lead up to sunday (obv not starve myself)

Any help greatly appreciated!- weve gone pan asian trying to be on the healthier side!

thanks
