Help

Hi I'm new to the program and just getting to know how this all work, I need help to keep my sugar and fats down, and when I have done sports I does not take of the extra cal, so I looks like I have gone over. Can anyone help? :-)

  • when u add your exercise it should automatically update your allotted daily calories, if not you may want to contact the tech people. as far as your sugar and fat, if you look back at you food diary you will see what foods are high in fat and sugar, my suggestions is to just cut those foods in half or seek an healthier alternative, but stay away from the fat free/sugar free stuff, personally i think it is worst for you, but that is my opinion. hope that helps.
