You could make an entry in the database with the name of the recipe and the nutritional information. There has to be a better way of doing it but the only way I've found to add something to the database is the following:
1. Go to your food diary and click add food on one of your meals.
2. Type anything into the search box and scroll down the results page and you should see a link that says "Can't find what you're looking for? Add a food to the database" - just click on that and follow the steps.0 -

there is a recipe function - you add in everything thats in your recipe and tell it how many servings it is and then you can use it each time you make it. i use it alll lthe time0

Yes, enter the recipe under Food > Recipe > Enter new recipe
you can compare the nutritional results at the end to see how accurate the magazine / recipe source was. I usually find them off by a couple hundred calories.
ETA
Otherwise go to Food > My Food > Create Food
enter the recipe (food) name and nutritional info0
