Ive heard a lot of people saying they have cheat days or meals but if you have these do you log them in your diary?
And on cheat days, I usually eat around 5000 calories or more - lol
I've lost almost 70lbs doing this every week.
LOVE IT!
Sometimes it's just a cheat meal, sometimes it's a whole day, but I log everything as well. I allow way more calories during cycling season since I have to eat around 2000 calories everyday just to maintain.
I like to eat well but play hard.
And the rewards of an active life are many, including fitness results without starving myself.0 -
I do log them, just to know what i ate like anything else.
My fav cheat foods are-
Brownies
Ice Cream[Cookie Dough/Cookies n Creme!]
Peanut Butter
PIZZA!
Bread
Anything horrible for you, i just love it lol0
