I weighed myself at the boots scales and here are my stats

Weight: 8 st 9 55.2kg
Height: 5'2.2 1.58m
B.M.I 22.1

Body Fat(%) 21.8%
Body Fat Mass 12.0kg

I'm trying to lose the 9lbs but how can I lose the body fat? I want to lower it slightly. Is it just plain and simple diet and exercise? If so has anyone got any tips on lowering body fat...

You got it, it's all about creating and maintaining a consistent caloric deficit. If you get in adequate amounts of protein and incorporate resistance training that will help you preserve the muscle you do have while dieting

Eat at a low to moderate calorie deficit. As you get leaner your deficit should generally be more conservative.

    Lift weights, heavy.

Consume adequate macronutrients and get rest.

    Repeat.

Which percentages is it best to set your macro's at?

Currently I've had mine set to higher proteins/fats and lower carbs. This has worked for WEIGHT loss. I've maintained for about 4 months but now I want more definition. What combo works best for FAT loss? Thanks!
