New to MFP

Hi Everyone

I am from Johannesburg.
I joined on friday last week. Feel free to add me as a friend.
I am a single mom to my gorgeous almost 5 year old daughter, Carys.
Since her birth i have not been able to exercise as i work full time.
I want to lose 15kgs.
