NSV - You're gonna laugh, but I swear it's true!

Ok, this might impress the guys more than the gals, but I swear this is the absolute truth:
Today I dropped the kids off at school and stopped by the gym for my weight training (I'm running a Warrior Dash in May, and am following the WD #3 training schedule, you know, the insane one)..
I started with a walk on the treadmill that warmed up to a 1 mile run, all the while listening to my iPod touch. It's in a holder that has a large (wide) strap, much of it velcro, which is very strong. I had my iPod around my left bicep, strapped to it's usual snugness (not going anywhere, but not cutting into me either). After my run, I grabbed my training log and began Week 2 Weds of the schedule. This week it would be just about 15 reps of everything for 3 sets. I try to go heavier each week, I am purposely trying to gain muscle and strength (I'm a Warrior, after all!)
After I was finished with the schedule, my muscles trembled and I was tired. I knew I'd done it right. I was trembling, but had held my form on every exercise despite the burn. It was a good day.. then I walked over to the coat rack and sat down to change my shoes. I looked over to my left bicep to turn my iPod off, when I noticed it wasn't all the way in its holder! It had been squeezed out the top of the case by half an inch! I almost laughed out loud! The velco wouldn't budge when my biceps began to pump up, so something had to give, and it was the iPod! I got such a pump on today at the gym I nearly shot my iPod across the room. LOL . That's awesome.
I have been working out with this iPod in this case for a while now, and it's never tried to come out, as a matter of fact, I usually have a hard time dislodging it when I'm done. I'd say I got my pump on today, all right!
