For Chick-Fil-A, the grilled chicken salad is only about 180 calories before you add your dressing (fat free honey mustard makes it 300 even, you can use the light italian for an even lower calorie count) and it's much more filling than just an 8 piece nugget since you get that huge tray of salad. Probably a lot of sodium in the salad dressing but I can't stand eating and being hungry a half hour later. Although the nuggets are super-delicious so sometimes it's worth it. LOL Same deal at McDonalds, yeah that wrap they recommended is low-cal but it's also tiny and you'll be hungry again in no time - the grilled chicken caesar salad is much more food and you can keep the calorie under 300 by choosing the right dressing. Of course a lot of people have a problem with eating ANYTHING at a fast food restaurant, but if you're going to eat there anyway you might as well watch the calories and also make sure you're not starving an hour later.
