Cardio Hardio!?

Sorry for the stupid topic name, lol. I had been doing a body building excersize routine and i realized that i wanna LOSE weight not gain muscle yet (i dunno what i was thinking) lol:embarassed:
In Your opinion what would be the BEST combo for Cardio to LOSE WEIGHT and see results "quicker".
i put QUICKER in quotes bc i know there is no quick fix, but i want to go PURE cardio to lose 70 pounds total but maybe 40 pounds in 4 months before my wedding.
Let me know your routines/ opinions about what cardio machines, cardio classes, and cardio anything that go you to lose your weight! thanks in advance :flowerforyou:

I've had the most success (biggest calorie burns) with running, Zumba and the stairmaster.0

ive lost 48 pounds in a year with a mix of weight training and cardio, rougthly half hour of each to start but i now find i do an hour on the weights and build cardio into my day to day life like biking to work/gym etc.0

i say zumba its a fun workout and u dont even feel like you are working out it feels like you are at a party0

i try and zumba every chance i get with the classes that are provided at my gym! i hurt myself falling down the stairs the other day so i need to take a few days off, lol starting monday ill be right back into it0

Not to burst your bubble but switching from all weight training to all cardio may not be a cure all to losing weight faster. For some people wieght training works better than cardio.
A blend of the two would be better. You may have to play around a bit & see what works.0 -
i've tried for years to go between, when i do that i dont see any results. whcih is WHY im the way i am now. so cardio is the only anwser right now, but thanks for the opinion rybo ;-D0
