Needs exercises!

I can barely run because I have bad ankles, and slight asthma. Does anyone know some exercises I can do at home that won't stress my ankles but will still help me build my leg muscles? And I need a workout that doesn't involve push ups or weights to help build my biceps and triceps.

    Have you tried pilates. Its low impact but has great results. There are lots of online free videos if you want to try it. Hope this helps.
