    Way to go!!! After losing 25 lbs I went from fasting glucose reading of over 100 down to 85! It's amazing the results we get after losing 25 lbs.!!!!

    Way to go! I was 7.1 in October and it dropped to 6.8 in December. I hit my first 25 pound weight loss today, so I am thrilled.
