Stuck on 222

I was 240 in DEC when I started dieting and dropped to 222 on Dec 23rd, but I don't seem to be losing any weight. I am keeping a log on what I eat and I am eating no more about 1200 calories per day on avge. Only day I ate more was on Christmas when I ate around 3000 calories.
I work out everyday doing cardio burning around 800 calories/day and light weights. Want to know from people how they managed to overcome this plateau?
