Breaking up and not bingeing the pain away!

After 4 years my boyfriend and I are breaking up . In the past I have almost ate myself to almost death. Today I know with the support of my truly amazing girlfriends, higher power and MFP I don't have to go down that road again. Today I will feel my feelings and not eat them away.

    I'm sorry you are going through a break up, but you are handling it beautifully! Keep your head up and keep on track. Exercise is a great outlet during these times. :flowerforyou:

    Try to focus on getting fit for you. I know it might be difficult but use this to motivate yourself to work out more and this will actually make you feel better about yourself. If you allow yourself to binge then you will only feel worse. Also if you slip one day, remember it’s just that day get back to your workout routine the next day. And just remember you have to keep fit for your health and for your self esteem because if you do not feel good about you then you can't expect anyone to make you feel good about yourself.
