Where to find a stair stepper for home?

Title basically says it all. My apartment gym doesn't have one and I LOVE them. I am a poor college student and don't have hundreds or thousands of dollars to spend on one. I check my local Craigslist periodically without much luck - but other than there where can I find an affordable stair stepper? A small, simple one would do.

Thank you!!

Do you have a Play it Again Sports or Second Wind Exercise in your area? I'd check out those if you do!

Have you ever thought of trying kettlebells? If you have never heard of them, do a Google search. I highly recommend them as they are a killer workout!!!

Lol I've thought about doing that but it is actually quite noisy when people use the stairs so I figured my neighbors would get fed up with that quickly.

Thanks for the responses keep 'em coming! I found some "mini steppers" on Amazon...seems like a possibility. I know I've seen a Second Wind equipment store in my parent's hometown so I may have to check it out next time I visit.

we have a little one (just sits on the floor, about 6 inches tall?), no idea where it came from but it sure doesn't look inexpensive, easy to store in an apartment too

We got the Bowflex treadclimber and I am very disappointed in it. It burns calories, but I find it a bit small.

Hmm good suggestions! Thanks. I'm glad to know what NOT to get too! I'm looking into kettle bells & they do seem like a killer full-body workout but to be honest I'm just looking for something to do while I watch TV instead of vegging out on my couch.
