Suggestions for stress eating at work

I need some help! I'm an ICU nurse and work 3 days (12 hrs/day) a week. I do very well when I'm not working. I can follow my diet and exercise plan on my days off. Though, I really struggle at work! My job, needless to say is very stressful, and I'm a stress eater. I take my food with me to work but end up not eating it. Other people bring "treats" to work and I end up eating those instead of my healthy food. I've tried staying away from the nurses' station but I always end up "swinging" by and grabbing a handful of junk. It's very mindless but my day is so busy that often I don't even have time to go the bathroom until the end of the day. And there is something about that junk food that seems to soothe my stress. Is there anyone out there that can relate? And have you had any successes? Because I can't seem to lose any weight because I'm so out of control 3 days out of the week. Thanks for your help!
