Energy & Dodgeball success- NSV!

I'm a frequent lurker here... doing topic searches and reading current topics. I never realized I had a NSV until last night.
Side note: I play dodgeball for a grown-up sports league. I have been doing more weight training and participating in aerobic classes & using cardio machines more and more.

Last night I had more energy and a new found strength in throwing & getting people out. I believe that weight training and being active more has contributed to this little success. Before I would be sluggish and throwing short. WOO!
