i havent really found an english muffin with the nutritional elements im looking for yet .. i buy bagel thins in place of the english muffin and it varies what i put on it.. i eat it as a breakfast sandwich with egg whites on it .if i have a hankering for something sweet then i make a almond butter and sugar free jam sandwich ..sometimes i make a chicken or turkey sandwich0

First, I always toast them... then this stuff happens depending on my tastes for the day:
* Banana and Peanut or Almond Butter sandwiches
* Fruit Jam (lately it's been homemade organic Raspberry)
* Egg, bell pepper, spinach and a slice of cheese
* Vegetarian sausage patties and yellow mustard (yummier than it sounds)
* Tuna sandwiches
They're a blank canvas, have fun!0 -
