A Few NSV's in the last week

In the last week I have had several NSV.
1) Down to an XL Shirt size, This has opened up allot more in my wardrobe that was too small for me in the last few years.
2) My jeans are too big, This is good and bad because they are not that old and I will have to go buy some new ones soon.
3) My wife has commented on how good I am looking

4) I was stopped in the hall by a co-worker just to tell me that I was looking good!

I am very close to my first goal and looking forward to reaching it by my 10th anniversary next month.
