Anyone done a protein shake diet?

Hello Everyone,
I lost 38 pounds between January and August last year. I gained it all and then some back. I need to get this weight off. I am 219 and at one time weighed 120. 100 pounds I've gained. I have no energy. Anywho, I started a protein shake diet on Monday. One 180 calorie shake in the morning, another at lunch. In between I snack on fruit, veggies or nuts. At dinner I have a low calorie, low fat meal. Is anyone else doing this, or has tried it before? Advice needed.

    Sounds like a PSMF along the lines of the velocity diet, correct?

    i drink protein shakes but i eat food too.. i cant see your food diary otherwise i could be more helpful with suggestions.. to just drink protein shakes i dont believe is healthy for your body . you need real food too

    The ONLY way I would do what you are doing is under the strict supervision of a doctor. Otherwise, no way. There are no quick fixes ... just hard work.
  • I am on the slim-fast diet I drink the shake for breakfast, and eat a reasonable lunch than either a shake or bowl of cereal for dinner. And I snack on fruits/veggies during the day.
