I am going to a business breakfast tomorrow at a mexican resturaunt. What can I eat from there?
It's hard to have a healthy breakfast away from home. I'm scared!!!

    eggs, whole wheat toast with no butter, if they have fruit cup or yogurt


    I understand how you feel. I have to go away on business at the begiing of April to a two day conference and I am worried about the choices that I will have there. I hope they have a good gym at the hotel!
