Wii games/none fitness or sport?

I'm just wondering what you guys think about how playing wii games that aren't fitness or sports games compares to those games as far as calorie burning goes. (You confused yet?)

I've been playing Zelda, Skyward Sword lately, and I know it probably doesn't burn THAT much, but it's really better than sitting on the couch. You swing the wiimote like a sword a lot, (while fighting at least) so that's gotta count for something, right?

Edit: TOPIC TITLE FAIL. I'm sorry, I meant to write NON-fitness or sport. Brain fart... how do I change that?
