I NEED HELP!!!

I have joined this site to lose 30lbs that I have gained in the past 2 years. I orginally lost 130lbs 3 years ago and kept it off for a year, but recently I have started to slowly gain it back on. I've cut calories again and am exercising every day but I haven't lost much weight. I'm starting to feel like I can't do it. I'm always hungry and feeling a little defeated. Any advice?

I just keep telling myself that it will be worth it and eat very slowly so that my body thinks I am eating more than I actually am...I lost a few pounds at the end of last yr, and fell off during the hoidays so I understand not being motivated0
