Hi! My name is Meghan, I'm going to be turning 23 next month. I have about 55 pounds that I'd like to lose. I work 40 hours a week and in my evenings I'm chasing after my two and a half year old daughter. I don't have the spare time to go to the gym, but I would love to hear about the at home workouts any of you do! This week I have been doing Tae Bo with my mom, but she lives 30 minutes away, and I really won't be working out with her more than twice a week. Are there any cheap workout videos you would suggest? Also, what are everyone's views on protein shakes? I want to lose weight, but I also want to tone everything up while I'm doing it. Feel free to add me! :happy:
