Accountability.....

I have decided that the best way to stay true to myself is to be true to everyone and tell about my binges. The gym that I work out is having a biggest loser contest and I joined it. Last night, knowing that I would be an extreme diet for ten weeks, I told my husband to take me to a movie and dinner. We ate at buffalo wild wings and had fried pickles, ribs and wings, along with a tall bloody mary and a beer. We then proceeded to the movies and shared a medium popcorn and coke zero. Needless to say, I binged and I loved every moment of it. How am I going to loose this weight (70 more lbs) when I enjoy stuffing my face and alcohol? Anyways, I am back in the game and just wanted to embarrass myself by letting everyone know that my self control failed me last night.

everything in moderation. its not a failure to splurge once in a while, get back on your horse the next day and soldier on! This is a marathon, not a sprint. I had a filet o fish and fries last night, put me 300 cals over. Today, I'm back at it, no worse for the wear.0
