Hi all - do any of you have any suggestions for good yoga DVD's (that have routines that are 30 minutes or less) that you like to do? I have Trudie Styler's Warrior Yoga by Gaiam and it is GREAT!, but I am looking for a few new routines to add some variety! Trudie Styler's DVD has a 50-minute routine and a 25-minute routine. I really like the 25-minute one. I am doing yoga to ease back and sciatic nerve pain.

I have been doing some of the exercises on the Wii fit plus and found them helpful. I also have a Roku and saw a Yoga channel there that had videos under 30min. http://www.roku.com/roku-channel-store#14
    Hope that helps

Thanks for the tips! I don't have a Wii, but I've heard it's fun to do their workouts. It looks like you have to pay for a Roku subscription to get the videos? I'll keep looking.

I've done a few searches online for yoga videos but it's always helpful to hear suggestions from other people on ones they like. I'm looking for yoga programs that focus on stretching and calming (not the higher-cardio yoga routines).
  • Do you have Cable or Fios or DirecTV? I think they all have OnDemand options where you can try out a bunch of different yoga styles to see what you like and they're free. I like Rodney Yee and have a couple of his DVDs. Depending on your style, I like Seane Corne and Shiva Rea too.

Yes I do have DirecTV. I'll have to look into that... I didn't realize they had yoga on demand. Thanks! I have been wondering about Rodney Yee... maybe I should give him a try. Thanks again.
  • I did Yoga Booty Ballet years ago and loved it .

Thanks for the recommendation! I love ballet... I'm going to look for that one.
  • www.yogaglo.com is a wonderful website with thousands of yoga and mediation videos. It is only $18 a month, and you can search by duration, style, teacher, etc. It is really neat. If you can hang in another 15min, Yogawork's BodySlim class is amazing too. I lost 30lbs doing that video. I've now found yogaglo though so I like to keep it mixed up!

    Good luck!
