I've seen a great many of MFP users doing this work out so I'd like to know the basics...
-What parts of your body does it work the hardest?
-What are the levels about, and how do you advance?
-Which areas have you noticed getting slimmer first by using it?
-Most lbs you've lost during it?
-Once you ascend the levels of the shred, do you start back at the bottom when you start the next thirty days?
