Endoscopy anyone?

Just came back from my GI doctor. He thinks I have an ulcer due to all of my GI issues lately. He scheduled me for an endoscopy. I know I will be asleep for the procedure, but I'm scared of the risks involved (preforation, bleeding, etc).

Anyone that has had one before...how did it go?

    I have Crohn's disease so I've been scoped from about every angle possible. I've had 5 endoscopies at this point. It really is nothing to worry about. The worst I've ever had afterward is a sore throat that went away in about a day. You'll do just fine.
