How many days a week should you work out??

Ive been on the site for about a week now and doing really well with weightloss :)
Soo far Ive lost 6lbs!

Ive been exercising everyday.. I go for a 3 mile walk/jog everyday and do aerobics 3x a week.. I was told to only exercise 5xs a week.. Is this right?

    Listen to your body and do what feels comfortable. You'll know when your doing too much :smile:

    ^ yep, I work out 5-6 times a week, and if i have a competition or using anabolics i'll do double days. Do what works best for you.

    I do 5 workouts per week...But I think I could do 7 if I had the time! Just listen to your body, stick to clean eating and always keep it fun =)

    I work out about 5-6 times a week for about an hour to an hour and a half. If I'm not feeling too well, then I'll take a day off but I make sure to run a lil more or do a lil extra on my day back.

    I try to take at least 1 day off a week, but I always wind up doing something like yoga or taking a long walk on my day off.

    7 days a week (5 days of R30 & 2 Days of BFBM) I give myself 1 rest day a month. It works for me.
