High Protein, Low Sodium Foods

:noway: I need some help.
Can everyone please help me out by giving me a list of some low sodium high protein foods to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks?

    Pretty much any type of meat, chicken, or fish will qualify as long as you cook it yourself and don't add salt. I use the Mrs Dash seasonings - they're salt-free, easy, and tasty.

    There's a vegan protein powder that I like to put in my breakfast smoothies too.

    Check stats in my food diary for ideas if you want.
