Workout and calorie question

As of now I'm working out twice a day. I do C25K (on week 8) in the morning and Ripped in 30 in the evening 6 days a week (I don't do C25K everyday, but I do run everyday). I burn on average 700 calories a day. There are some days when I'm just flat out not hungry, like today. Even after dinner I still have all my exercise calories from my run this morning left and I haven't even done my Jillian Michaels video. Do you still workout even when you know you won't be able to eat all your exercise cals or do you skip it?

For me, it depends on my energy level, but I rarely have a problem eating too few calories. Have you tried protein bars/shakes, peanut butter, nuts or other high calorie foods to geta few more calories in?

I drink a protein shake after every workout, eat peanut butter daily (haven't yet today) and usually have almonds and stuff everyday. I feel like I eat a lot, but it's mostly low calorie foods (like salad, shrimp, chicken etc.)
