logging meats cooked or uncooked?

I have a question. When you go to log meat (or veggies, etc) do you weigh it BEFORE you cook it then log it in or do you weigh it AFTER it is cooked? I am confused. Like hamburger meat...4 oz = 340 calories...is that 4 oz cooked or raw?? Please help so I do this correctly! Thanks!
