Ok so please tell me i just so confused myself
my start is 1500 calories
Do i need to consume 1500 (or close to it) with exercise included or not
So At the end of the day i consume all 1500 but then i go work out 500 of my calories do i need to consume 500 more calories to make up for it?
I think im over analizing it but i have no trainer or fit friends so hopefully yall can tell me?!

You would want to consume those 500 calories you burnt during your workout. Your goal should be to consume your caloric goal after you subtract your exercise.0

Eat your 1500, or close to it.
If you work out you get more calories to eat. You don't HAVE TO eat them, but it sure helps keeps me motivated to burn a bunch!0 -

I eat my given calorie by MFP and 75% or more of the exercise calories...Have worked for me since being on MFP....BUT this does not work for everyone...So you will have to play around with your eating..Make sure you get in at least what your starting calorie intake that was given!0
