30 menu plan?

Due to my husband's picky eating I've focused on calorie count but not so much "what" we eat. I've gotten to the point I have my last 10 pounds to lose and I know it's my diet that's lacking. My husband is going to school in the next month or so for 4 weeks (he's in the Army) so I'm going to go on a serious "diet plan" (I hate the word diet, but I'm thinking of more of a "fast" from junk food, unhealthy stuff). I figure if I do this for 30 days then 1. I can hopefully lose a couple pounds 2 I can find more creativity ways to eat healthier and broaden my daily menu.

I'm not looking for something where I eat the same thing every day (Special K, that soup diet)
But something that is strict portions, meals, etc. More of a boost to eat right and understand mentally portion wise how much I should be eating.

Any suggestions?
