R.I.P.P.E.D

Hey everyone! Anyone have experience with R.I.P.P.E.D?
Golds just started offering it, I guess it's like p90x-ish? i've never done p90x, so I'm not sure haha!
But i did it once last week (yet to again, mouth surgery has kept me out of the gym), but anyways I was SO sore...like so sore the next day I wasn't sure if i had the flu or if I was just SO sore.

How were your results?
I've lost over 50 lbs and need to lose 40 more, but i feel at this point i should be focusing a lot on toning.

    I started going to R.I.P.P.E.D. in November and love it (hard to find a lot of ppl who know about it). I can tell my shoulders and legs are getting more toned for sure. My husband says my back and hips are too, but I think I'm a little more critical than him haha. I'm still fighting the eating right portion of weight loss, so I haven't lost a ton of weight, but I am shifting in inches. Our Y only offered it once a week at night but just added a second class on Saturdays. This will be my first week of double duty. I think it's a great workout as far as cardio mixed with strength training. I'm sure you'll see results in no time!
