    We finished a BL contest at work just before Thanksgiving and I lost 32 pounds over 10 weeks using Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30. I love it because the entire workout is only 30 minutes! Did it 5-6 times a week and kept my calories at 1200 daily and saw results fast! Just started another BL constest ...hoping to lose another 20 pounds..... Good luck!! :)

    I own P90x, and I saw so many comments for that and Insanity. The problem is, I know those are too advanced for me to keep up with right now....

    Looks like the top three videos are Turbo Fire, 30 Day Shred, and Ripped in 30. I think I will look into one of those for my current workouts, though I'm intrigued by the Roller Derby Workout.
