Logging Weight Training Calories on MFP

So... I have been doing the Female Body Breakthrough workouts, and log them in my exercises for the day, but is there any way to log calories burned so that my daily exercise doesn't show -0? I also eat more on weight days, but don't want to have to manually adjust my calorie goal every day,
Thanks!
Thanks!

I set up my weight training routines as cardio and give it an estimated calories burned, that way it will count it every time I perform that routine without having to manually add the calories0

That's a great idea! How did you estimate the calories? Do you use a body bug? Or know of a site?
Thanks!0
