i was listening to the radio and the guest was a naturopath. she recommended the following supplements to help with weight loss. they include: L-carnitine, coenzyme Q10, CLA, biotin (vit B), and green tea. i am sure green tea helps in many ways but any thought about the listed supplements? or anyone has their own fav supplements or vitamins? i take slippery elm, vit C and magnesium to help me with my stomach problems and constipation.
