Semi-Success...and new goal.

Based on a visit to a physical therapy center and having a "body pod test" done I found that the goal weight for my body size and density is 147. Really? Ugh. I weighed that much in my early 20s, but I didn't do it in a healthy manor. Can I even reach that again without killing myself with diet and exercise? I knew that 147 is unrealistic for myself to obtain and keep right now, so I set a personal goal of 160. Baby steps, right?!
I started MFP in mid-Nov at 173. I'm currently at 162. 11 lbs lost. Semi-success.
I've been slacking a ton for the past month or so and haven't shed a pound, but I haven't gained either. Another Semi-success. I still work out quite often, but I've been eating what ever I want. Of course, I'm within reason based on my calories allowed per day, but I have definitely gone over enough to not lose weight. I feel good about where I am at, but I need the push to get things going again.
Today I set a new goal of 155. I think I'd be VERY happy if I hit that weight, so here's to a new goal and hopefully another semi or full success story.
Thanks for listening.

My Dr. told me that he'd like to see me weigh between 140 & 148 for my frame.. I set my goal for 145 and if I get there great, if I don't then I don't.. Right now I just want to get under 200....
We can do this.. Good Luck...0 -
