I made this today, in the crock pot. It comes to 231 calories per serving. A serving size is a cereal size bowl, filled almost to top (or 2 ladles full) I have the recipe saved to MFP and it is listed like I have it in the subject. If you like veggie soup, I hope you try this and like it.
