I have recently lost 28lbs with diet alone. I have now started to exercise 3-4 days a week 45 mins of cardio and light weight training. MFP gives me 1200 a day. more if i exercise. I have stalled with the weightloss part. Sometimes I eat back those calories and sometimes I dont. I have tried to see which one works for me but I have stalled for 3 weeks. I dont know what to do? What do you think?

With weight lifting you will often gain weight (muscle). Since you are weight lifting focus more on body composition (body fat %) than actual weight.0
