Greek Food Suggestions

Our friends are insisting on taking us for dinner tonight . . . . Greek Food! Obviously we want to see them, but I'm just not sure what the "smart choice" is when I know that the cuisine is generally not healthy at all. I already have a plan to pack half of my meal to go (my husbands lunch is made!), but I really don't know what a healthier option is. Any suggestions?
