Weight Training (Before or After?)

Quick question...

Should I do my weight training before or after my cardio workouts? I've heard mixed things...

    before before before! it takes 15 min to get your body ready to burn fat. plus after cardio one usually has no energy to lift weights

    I never do them on the same day. Cardio kills your gains.

    That's interesting... I feel like I don't workout as hard when I do weight training (don't get me wrong... THEY BURNNN)

    True about the no energy part, but I do it after I cool down like 1-2 hours later... so I have energy like hell.
