before before before! it takes 15 min to get your body ready to burn fat. plus after cardio one usually has no energy to lift weights0

That's interesting... I feel like I don't workout as hard when I do weight training (don't get me wrong... THEY BURNNN)0 -

True about the no energy part, but I do it after I cool down like 1-2 hours later... so I have energy like hell.0
