    I'd like to join, but I'm a slow loser (about 0.2 kilos a week normally). Is it like biggest loser, would I be holding the team back?
    Nobody who is committed to improving their health and fitness is holding me back. They are an inspiration. This is particularly true when you know that you are a "slow loser" and it will take you a bit longer than some other people.
